    • Tucked away below the hustle and bustle of Hope Street, The Pen Factory is the reincarnation of the original Everyman Bistro. Culinary entrepreneur Paddy Byrne has recreated the same relaxed atmosphere in this new home just next door, and customers can expect the same friendly welcome and quality food and drink. With a wide selection of spirits, wines and beers on the menu and small plates perfect for sharing customers can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat in the buzz of our subterranean home or in the quiet oasis of our garden. Taking inspiration from the Lang Pen Company which operated here in the late 1800's, we're building on our own Hope Street history and writing the next chapter at The Pen Factory.

The Pen Factory is the perfect place for a chilled out small plates lunch. There’s loads of specially selected cask ales, continental lagers, wine, cocktails and the most importantly, Prosecco. Inside it might look like they've forgotten to paint the walls/cover up the water pipes; but na, it's just the style.

There's a cute little outside space too, complete with twinkly lights that make it look like something out of Harry Potter or something. There's no pens, but there's a load of board games?
