"Getting Lively" is the provider of an entertainment and leisure application and Website on the Internet. With registration via App or the website "Getting Lively" the user gets access to an online database. Using this database, the user view details, organise, book and manage their entertainment and leisure activities. Before you can use the services of "Getting Lively", you need to register.

Breach or cancellation by service provider
Service Provider is entitled without notice, in addition to any other remedy available to it at law or under these Terms, including obtaining an interdict, to cancel these Terms, limit or deny such user use of the Website and services, or to claim specific performance of any obligation whether or not the due date for performance has arrived, in either event without prejudice to Service Provider's right to claim damages, should any user:

This license does not allow You to use the Licensed Applications on any mobile device that You do not own or control, and You may not distribute or make the Licensed Applications available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Licensed Applications. Use of the Services may require Internet access and that You accept additional terms of service. The information provided by the Licensed Applications is provided to You for informational and reference purposes only. In particular, but without limitation, the Licensed Applications may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.K. embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person’s List or Entity List.
